Shipping policy

Where we ship We ship to addresses within Australia only. Cost Shipping is free on every order. There are no extra charges at checkout. Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time Delivery takes 9 to 14 business days from the day you order. This includes processing time. Tracking Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take a few days before tracking starts updating. Delays Delays can happen with customs or the postal service. If your order has not arrived 21 business days after you ordered, email us and we will sort it out. Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
